Lisa Bengtsson is one of the most written-about young Swedish designers at the moment, having already designed several acclaimed wallpaper and fabric collections in her short yet successful career  Lisa has charmed us with her stunning designs gracing everything from wallpaper to china, textiles to clothing to book covers. She has received several prestigious awards, including the "year's shooting star" award in 2008 given by ELLE Interior. Lisa takes inspiration for her designs mostly from storytelling about individuals and how they lived their lives. Lisa's cooperation with the Swedish textile company Mairo has resulted in a lovely pattern called Sir Harald, that reminds you of your grandfather's plaid nightshirt, grandfather's stories, and the smell of his pipe in the kitchen.  Harald is Lisa’s great grandfather and the pattern is a tribute to his life.
