The new Lovisa Burfitt collection for Rörstrand - an exclusive series of bone china pieces - is the story of the eccentric Mademoiselle Oiseau. The beautiful collection includes a dish, a box, a small plate, an espresso cup, a larger cup and a piece of jewelry. A pretty and feminine style that evokes a Paris of another era by a few elements, a cat, a bird cage, feathers and a fashionable lady, the Mademoiselle Oiseau which gives its name to the whole collection, all designed by Swedish Lovisa Burfitt, Parisian by adoption, Swedish by birth, for the historic brand Rörstrand. Lovisa created this wonderful whimsical characters, where the idea is that each piece could be used in several ways.  "You can put your brushes in latte mug, or your toothbrush. You should be able to have the box on your dressing table, to hold your jewelry, or have salt in it on the kitchen table.  You can set a candle in an espresso cup, it becomes a very beautiful light of it, "says designer Lovisa Burfitt.
